1DATA COLLECTION

Basic tools process files directly on your device and do not send them to our servers. Server-based or artificial intelligence tools (for example OCR, translation, chat with PDF, some conversions, Creative Studio and video) send the file to our servers and to the providers needed for that task. Retention depends on the tool: for artificial intelligence analysis and conversions, the file is used only for the task and is not stored in your account; AI-generated videos remain available for 7 days; videos exported from Video Studio remain available for 7 days (Pro) or 30 days (Business and VIP); a video you delete is permanently removed within 1 hour; KALIBRA progress photos and voice recordings stay in your account until you delete them. If you delete your KALIBRA data, we delete your profile, your plans and your history. We only keep the date and type of each use (for example, "new plan") for 7 days to apply usage limits; after that they are deleted automatically. External providers also apply their own retention periods.

2PERSONAL DATA

We process personal data only for the purposes set out in this policy: some are necessary to provide the service, others only with your consent. Newsletter subscription is entirely voluntary.

3COOKIES

Necessary technical cookies and storage: sign-in session, chosen language and your consent choice; without them the site does not work properly. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party statistics tool. Advertising (Google Ads): Google's tag loads for everyone in "consent denied" mode. Without your consent it does not store or read advertising cookies, does not use your data for personalised advertising and redacts ad-click identifiers; Google still receives, on every page load, a cookieless technical signal with your IP address (unavoidable in any connection), browser type, the page visited and your consent status. Only if you accept advertising cookies may Google store advertising cookies, measure conversions (for example a sign-up) by linking them to an ad click and use the data for advertising; the TradingView widget loads only if you accept advertising / third-party cookies. In your browser we also store, without cookies: your conversation history with John (deleted after 30 days), a technical download log without file names (deleted after 24 hours) and your preferences. We count tool usage anonymously, without cookies and without identifying you. You can change your choice or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.

4SECURITY

Communications with the site use an encrypted HTTPS connection and basic tools work on your device. We apply reasonable security measures, but no computer system can guarantee absolute security.

Several providers are based or have servers outside the European Union (for example, in the United States) and data may be processed there. We choose providers that state they comply with the GDPR and, where available, we use the safeguards provided in their data processing agreements.

Market widget (TradingView): on the home page, stock indices are shown with a widget from TradingView Inc. It only loads after you accept advertising / third-party cookies. When it loads, TradingView receives your IP address and browser data and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy (tradingview.com/privacy-policy). Data may be delayed. You can withdraw consent at any time from “Cookie preferences”.

John assistant: your browser keeps the last 40 messages of your conversation with John, which are deleted automatically after 30 days or when you press "Clear conversation". PDFLibero does not store your conversations on its servers. To reply, the latest messages are sent to the artificial intelligence provider Google (Gemini) through Lovable, and may be processed outside the European Union. John does not keep personal data about you between visits.

We anonymously count how many times each tool is opened and how many times a task is completed, only as daily totals per tool. We don't use cookies for this, we don't store your IP address or any identifier that could recognise you, and it cannot be linked to any person. We do this to know which tools work well and to improve them.
